The CARE Center of NJ, in partnership with the 11th Annual Tri-County Fair in Rockaway, NJ, is proud to celebrate the unsung heroes who make our communities stronger. From volunteer coaches and teachers to civic leaders, nonprofit organizers, and small business owners, these Community Champions go above and beyond to serve others.
In June 2025, The CARE Center of NJ will honor these everyday heroes with a special awards banquet and public recognition at the Fair. It’s our way of saying thank you for their dedication and impact.

Honorees will be treated to a reception at 7:30 pm Friday night of the fair followed by an awards ceremony on the main stage at 9 pm (right before the fireworks display). All nominations will be reviewed by a diverse group of panelists. Nominees who are selected will receive notice 1 month before the fair.
